In the event that your purchase doesn’t work out, our exchange policy last 14 days from the day that it was shipped. Since we are a small business with limited quantities, we allow an exchange for the same item if it is available, or and in-store credit will be issued. Returns for refunds are not accepted. Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition, with original tags attached. We have the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met, or if the garment has strong odors, i.e. smoke, perfume, etc.
If you need to exchange an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number. Please allow a 24 hours response time.
Items must be securely wrapped up, and placed in a padded envelope or box. We have the right to refuse a return that is not properly packaged. Please include in your package the item you purchased, your receipt or packing slip, as well as your RMA (return authorization number) written on the outside of the package. You can ship via your carrier of choice but will be responsible for incurring the shipping charges. We will incur the cost to ship your new item back to you for exchanges. You will receive an email once your return is received. If you are returning an item, your in-store credit code will also be issued to you via email.

nic and noes will not refund the difference on the price of an item if the customer paid full price and then it goes on sale later.
